IMPORTANT PLANETARY MOVEMENTS AND ECLIPSES
Saturn transiting Virgo from the beginning of the Solar year enters Libra on 15 November 2011 and continues there, till the end of the Solar New year.

"India, Turkey, West Indies, Iraq, Greece, Brazil, Jerusalem and Croatia will be adversely affected" (Saturn in Virgo).

"Austria, Indo-China, Burma, Argentina, Japan, parts of India near China, Upper Egypt, Tibet, China, Lisbon, Charleston, Frankfort and Copenhagen will be adversely affected" (Saturn in Libra)

Jupiter enters Aries on 8 May 2011 and remains there throughout the Solar year.

Mars and Jupiter will be in association from 25 March 2011 to 03 May 2011 in Pisces and from 8 May 2011 to 12 June 2011 in Aries.

Mars and Saturn will be in Sama-saptaka from 25 March 2011 to 3 May 2011. "War or war-like situation, terror, Maoist or other violence, fires, explosions, riots and assassinations are threatened".

Mars will be in association with Ketu in Taurus from 12 June 2011 to 25 July 2011. "May produce gas or oil leaks, communal carnage, religion-based events, chauvinistic and nihilistic attacks". U.S.A., Belgium, Egypt, England, Armenia, Tunisia, Algeria are to be vigilant against terror plots, explosions and chauvinistic acts.

(i) There will be five eclipses in the Solar year Khara. A Partial Solar eclipse occurs on 1 June 2011 at 26h 32m in Taurus.

(ii) There will be a Total Lunar eclipse on 15 June 2011 at 25h 43m in the lunar month of Jyeshta in Sagittarius.

(iii) Another Partial Solar eclipse will occur on 1 July 2011 at 14h 23min in Gemini.

"High class women, kings and powerful ministers and the like, persons proficient in fine arts and who live on the banks of Jamuna, people of balk and the viratas would be affected". (Gemini)

iv) The third Partial Solar eclipse will occur on 25 November 2011 at 11h 39m in Scorpio.

"People of Udumbara, Madra, Chola, the Yaudheya tribe fighters that use poisoned weapons and trees will be destroyed". (Scorpio)

(v) There will be another Total Lunar eclipse on 10 December 2011 at 20h 06m in the lunar month of Margasirsa.

"Destroy people of Kashmir, Kosala, Pundra as well as the animals of the forests and the people of the western border but it will lead to good rains and to the happiness and prosperity of the people". (Margasirsa)

All the above five eclipses may adversely affect U.S.A., England, Belgium, Spain, Hungary, Australia, West Asia, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, West Asia and Arab Countries, Russia, Indian sub continent and East Asian countries in the form of political turmoil, natural calamities and violent protests.

Health hazards will frequently make news. In the Solar New year, Speedy and huge financial transactions, implementation of new Tax-reforms, heavy investments and wasteful expenditure will mark the financial affairs of the country. Stock market may rise, amid many ups and downs. Revenues of rail, road and airways will be satisfactory. Deadly accidents may come down, except in the 3rd quarter of the Solar year.

Southwest Monsoon will be variable. Depressions, storms and cyclones will bring rain with heavy winds, which will cause flooding of the major rivers and cause huge damage. Less crop output may increase food inflation. Prices of most items will be skyrocketing. Northeast monsoon will be better. Oil prices may not stabilize. Inimical activities by Pakistan through separatists and Zihadi elements will foment trouble in sensitive regions, particularly in Jammu and Kashmir, and Northeast. Hegemonistic manoeuvers by China, bordering Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh, are to be nipped in the bud. Naxal violence will continue unabated. The armed forces and the B.S.F. will record some spectacular victories.

Some proactive judgements and strictures by the Apex Court and a couple of High courts may embarrass the government. Judiciary itself may face charges and criticism. Death of a couple of eminent religious, legal and scientific personalities is also not ruled out. There will be sudden flare up of religious disputes and communal violence.

Despite scam-tinted image and fresh revelation of scandals relating to some cabinet ministers and civil servants and jolts of destabilization, the U.P.A.-II will stay in power. Parliamentary business will be marked with obstructions and acrimonious scenes. Death of some Parliamentarians may cast a gloom. Crime rate will increase. Hospitals and patients will suffer for want of sufficient funds and untoward events. Prison-related events and woes will receive public attention. Mayavati may emerge as a front runner after U.P. Assembly elections. Narendra Modi will be formidable. The Leftists may not retain West Bengal and Kerala. Assam may produce a hung assembly. In PAKISTAN, many political disturbances and dissensions may shake Prime Minister Gilani’s government. Western borders will remain tense in the backdrop of U.S. drone attacks and war against Taliban and Al-Qaida. Economy will remain stable or slightly improve. Suicide attacks and counter war will cost more lives. Rains may play havoc.

In Bangladesh, serious weather disturbances may cause huge loss of life and property. Fundamentalists and zihadi elements may pose a serious challenge to the government and leaders. There may be border skirmishes and diplomatic war. However Sheik Haseena may overcome all the problems.

In Srilanka, Tamil separatists may reorganize and run underground activities to strengthen Eelam cause. Onslaught of the combined opposition will pose serious challenge to Rajapakse. Floods and inundations are likely.

In Nepal, China’s strategic moves and indirect interference through Maoist party and communists may create serious law and order problem and political uncertainty. Reconciliation among political parties, after much wrangling, may lead to completion of the new constitution.

In Afghanistan, heavy military spending will drain the exchequer and foreign aid. War, violence and crime will continue. There will be some military successes and a few reverses. Reconciliatory efforts for an agreement with the Taliban may make some headway despite hostilities. The Indian subcontinent and Afghanistan may be hit by a seismic hazard.

In Myanmar the Junta-backed government may arrest popular discontentment and riots.

In Thailand, Leo is rising in the ascendant. The government may witness violent demonstrations and dissensions. Stormy weather may play havoc in Myanmar and Thailand.

In East Asian countries except Japan, Leo is rising in the ascendant. INDONESIA will witness strikes, violent riots and anarchy. Floods, inundations, landslides and a big tsunami or cyclone may cause huge loss of life and property. Secret crime will increase. Foreign affairs will be marked with controversies and unexpected developments. First half will be more unfavourable.

In China, crime-rate will steeply increase and the people will be aggressive. Economy seems to be improving amid huge public-spending and speedy militarization. Intensive power struggle and death of a couple of senior leaders in the CPC may make news. Hu jintao and Jiabao will face critical problems till the 3rd quarter. Inflation will fluctuate till September. Problematic and controversial international affairs will be tackled tactfully. Military intervention in the Northwest and Tibet is not ruled out. Typhoons and floods may leave some deaths and huge loss.

Border tensions and clashes will mar peace in the Korean Peninsula. Taiwan may experience havoc from heavy rains and strained relation with the main land.

In Japan, Virgo is rising in the ascendant. Economy will be marked with fluctuations, fraud and swindling. Revelation of graft cases may topple the Government or at least a couple of ministers may quit. Relations with immediate neighbours will be thorny and bitter. Havoc from typhoon may not be avoided.

In most of the WEST ASIAN countries, Gemini is rising in the ascendant. In IRAQ, the Sunni-Shia clashes may flare up, coupled with suicide attacks, which will claim many lives. The coalition arrangement may see some cracks. Accidents will steeply increase.

IRAN may pass through a period of unprecedented international pressure, sanctions and threats over its clandestine nuclear programme. Iran will concentrate on modern war weaponry and modernization of the forces. The gap between liberals and conservative elements will widen. Further accidents on three means of transport will claim many lives.

Turkey’s attempt for European membership will receive stiff opposition. Untoward events wil result from showdown by secular elements and the Islamists. The region comprising Iraq, Turkey and Iran may be hit by a powerful earthquake.

The ARAB world, particularly EGYPT and YEMEN, will see more hungry and violent protests and demonstrations for reforms and democracy, despite bloody suppression. Tempers will rise high in Lebanon – Palestine – Israel region.

Gemini is rising in ENGLAND, GERMANY and GREECE and Taurus is rising in ITALY and FRANCE. In ITALY, the demand for the resignation of Silvio Berlusconi will be vociferous in the backdrop of some scandalous episodes, but the premier may not step down.

In GREECE, the year 'Khara' may not favour the economy. Despite large scale demonstrations and riots by the people backed by the opposition parties over the austerity measures, John Papandreou may continue in office.

In FRANCE, economy doesn’t seem to be improving. Some harsh decisions by Sarkozi and embarrassing issues may diminish his popularity. The SPANISH economy may run through a depressive period and the government may be rattled as a result of graft charges.

ENGLAND: Serious accidents on three means of transport may claim valuable lives. Economy may recover slightly, though there will be heavy expenditure and waste. International relations will be smooth, favouring profitable agreements. David Cameron may face an uphill task to run the coalition government intact, as fresh controversies, scandals and serious differences among his team mates will crop up in the Solar year, except in the 3^rd quarter. England, France, Germany, Spain and Poland may experience intense heat wave conditions and floods from heavy rains and storms.

RUSSIA: Cancer is rising in the ascendant. Major accidents due to human errors and also terror acts may make news. Diplomatic war, trouble from some former republics may embarrass the country’s leadership. Russians will see some changes in the Kremlin political setup. Economic situation will remain as it is or may slow down. Extraordinary security arrangements are to be provided to top leaders of the country.

SOUTH AMERICA & MEXICO: In Brazil Pisces, in Chile, Bolivia, Argentina, Venezuela and Columbia Aquarius is rising; in Central American countries Capricorn and in Mexico Sagittarius ascendants are rising.

In BRAZIL, land, weather and mining disasters, prison-related problematic events and a surging economy may make news.

BOLIVIA and CHILE may face disturbed economic situation and international problems; revelation of scandals may create much furor. Argentina's economy will be on right track. The President or the number two in position is advised to take care of person and health.

Hugo Chavez may face the country’s economic down trend, stormy challenges from the adversaries and an undercurrent of popular discontentment.

The Central American countries will face many political storms. A state mourning is not ruled out in one of these countries, particularly GUATEMALA.

The government in MEXICO may fall down, as the head of the state is passing through critical year, except from October 2011 to December 2011.

AFRICA: In most of the African countries, Taurus is rising in the ascendant. Worsening economy of the country and living conditions of the people may grapple SOUTH AFRICA and the people may vent their anger against the government.

In ZIMBABWE, Robert Mugabe has to face people’s ire, growing opposition strength and pressure from the Western Countries. Brute force will be used to quell violent protests, which will otherwise unseat him. He will be prepared to share power with the opposition to remain in office.

SUDAN will be running through a period of separatism, volatile political state, misery, war and breaking of riots.

ANGOLA should be braced for serious law and order problem, which may topple the government there.

In TUNISIA, the present political instability will continue in the first half and normality may return after September 2011.
