Rains too will not be evenly distributed. A Partial Lunar eclipse occurs on 31 December 2009 at 24h 43m in the lunar month of Pausa in Gemini. There will be trouble to Brahmins and Kshatriyas. The people of Sindhu region will also suffer. There will be scanty rainfall, famine and fear. High class women, rulers and ministers, artists, people of Yamuna region would also be affected.

An Annular Solar eclipse occurs on 15 January 2010 at 12h 41m. It would ruin fishes, ministers and their families, low class people, old people and those who live by weapons.

GLOBAL TRENDS
INDIA : The lord of the ascendant and the 4^th house, Jupiter is debilitated in the 2^nd with Rahu. Lord of the 6^th and the 11^th Venus is in the 4^th. Lord of the 2^nd and the 3^rdSaturn is in the 9^th, aspected by Mars from the 3^rd. Lord of the 9^th Sun, and lord of the 7^th and the 10^th Mercury are in the 5^th. Ketu is in the 8^th and the lord of 8^th is debilitated in the 12^th.

Crime rate will shoot up. Disintegrating forces, Vandalism, hooliganism, terrorist, insurgent, communalism and left wing violence will cause breakdown of law and order to the point of anarchy in several states. Unemployment will become a major problem. Small farmers and the working class will suffer most. A revivalism will begin and sweep the Brahmin community. People will suffer from health hazards, especially from nervous, digestive, and lung diseases and fevers. Heart failures will be alarming. Suicides and acid-attacks will cause concern. During Virodhi year, the country’s economy will surge ahead with the slower growth-rate, sidelining global recession. Stimulus

packages are required to boost the economy further. Inflation will be kept under tolerable limits. Stock market will be on track, facing outside pressures. Congress and the U.P.A. will do moderately or slightly better than the BJP and the NDA. Rahul Gandhi as the main campaigner will certainly help the Congress keep its present strength or gain slightly. Mayavati’s ambition for the premier post will be hit by road blocks, though she improves her present tally. The Left will continue to play a key role at the Centre in government formation, though the seats tally will come down. Jayalalithaa’s fortune seems to be reviving moderately. Even though the Congress improves its position at the cost of the BJP in Orissa, Naveen Patnaik is likely to form the next government with the support of allies or with just majority. Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy may be given another chance in Andhra Pradesh. The dream of K.Chandrasekhar Rao to be a key player at the state and central level may not come true.

The number of women Parliamentarians and legislators will increase. Calamities and violent events will hit prison and hospitals. Uttarpradesh will be in the news for violent events and political upheavals. Andhra Pradesh will be beset with secessionist, terrorist and naxal violence and also cyclones and flood havoc. Orissa will also suffer from floods and storms, naxal and communal violence. In Assam, ULFA, Huji and Bodo militants will unleash violence. Mumbai may be once again in the news for terror 1st attack, fire or explosive disaster and vandalism. April, July 3^rd week to August 1st half, 2^nd half of Virodhi especially September 2^nd week to November 3^rd Week, 2010 January 4^th week to February 1^st week and March 2^nd and third weeks are ominous for these states. Northeast and Andaman may be struck by an earthquake during the period from July last week to August 1^st week, September 3^rd week to October 1st week, November 1^st half, around 2010 January eclipse and 2010 February 1^st week.

PAKISTAN : Sagittarius rises in the ascendant. Sectarian and political violence, militant and alquaeda – Taliban mayhem secessionist violence in Baluchistan, party splits, adverse political developments, large scale deaths, fraudulent and controversial exposures, calamities, air strikes by Nato forces will make the state a helpless spectator.

BANGLADESH : Capricorn rises in the ascendant.
